[RWP] almost got it Re: Released: ReaAccess 1.1.2.2

It was a misread on my part.  I thought we could edit the master track as we 
could any other track.
However, what they've done in this release is nothing short of amazing.
Plugins which had a completely useless interface can now be used by us.
Take tapestop for example.
Try  changing any of its settings with either its UI, or the generic UI in 
reaper.
No good?  thought so.
Now, though, we can have a lot of fun.
