[RWP] What can we do with items

You can select an item and then press shift+f2 for item properties. There 
are all sorts of adjustments you can make in there. There are also hotkeys 
for changing the speed and pitch of an item, which I think is pretty cool. 
I've used that a few times to create mashups.
