[RWP] Presets for Reaper

Definitely a valuable resource. I'm investigating plugins that can
opperate similarly to the Stash on Reaper.fm for this purpose, but
have to confess that I'm pretty much out of my depth. As before, any
web guru on here willing to donate a little time to the project would
be welcomed. If we don't have a web guru in our midst though, know
that the idea will be coming to fruition soon.
