[RWP] Read me and keyboard shortcuts

At the moment, they're included in that list yup. For ease of
searching, it might be a cool idea to have a separate html list of
shortcuts specific to ReaAccess generated by a shortcut in the
ReaAccess menu folder, in the same way that the history log and Readme
files can be opened.
