yes however you can't do them with out first using ctrl + shift + left
or right arrows to move to the item you want to work on before setting
selection points . I am suggesting that when u select a track you
should be able to just use those short cut keys to limit or narrow
the selection to where you want it with out have int tonavigate my
item first, thus saving a step and leaving the navigate by item
option in tact for when its needed
