Yes, surely it should be logical to add project timebase to this option.
As regards the Measures, Beats and percents navigation, Ivan told me they've been discussing it in Russian list and now it is the final decision which of cause may change in future. So Pg Up, Pg Down and so on are spoken as MBT.
