[RWP] Release: ReaAccess V1.1.2.0

Reaperians, we bring you ReaAccess version 1.1.2.0!

This version addresses some bugs and inaccuracies. Check the history log
for details of those.

In addition, there are several new features:
Peak meters are now accessible. Use j and k to read the status of left and
right channels on the currently selected track. As with many other
ReaAccess keystrokes, adding shift here will read the left and right peak
values of the master track too.
Announcement of cursor position tracks the setting you've specified for
the time ruler. Change this via the View menu if and when you need too.
You'll now find a "ReaAccess configuration..." dialog in the Options menu,
alternatively use Ctrl+F12 to get there. This allows you to customise how
much info is spoken during track navigation, and which parameters are
displayed in "Virtual mode".
