Derek,
I'm not sure what screen reader you are using, but if you have an invisible cursor equivalent, can you use that to explore with, then swap the mouse cursor in to that position if you want to make a selection?

I find myself working with sends and receives of late. As a result, I've stumbled on an interesting but with the context menu found by pressing shift+applications.
The bug is simply this, at random times and in any given project, it doesn't appear. Instead, reaaccess says something about the handle of the track view not being found.
The workaround is to press r, and get the sends/receives setup in that dialog. That has a major disadvantage in that arrowing through the list of tracks makes a send out of any track on which the cursor is placed for more than 2 or 3 seconds.
So if this approach is absolutely necessary, I need to think very quickly once displaying the routing matrix.
  Any thoughts?
