[RWP] Repeating loops a certain number of times in Reaper project, without replacing existing material?

	Hi all.

Having been playing with Reaper extensively for the last few days, I think I'm getting the hang of how Reaper differs from Sound Forge. The reason I bring up Sound Forge is because I like to insert loops into my audio projects, and make the projects longer and have a few more measures than they originally had, sort of like a club mix. I might decide that a song would be better if its intro lasted for 4  measures, rather than 2. Although I can make loops from time selections within Reaper, whenever I try to go back and insert those items by doing control V to paste, existing material gets replaced. How can I make a loop repeat a certain number of times in my project before the existing material to the right of it is played?
