[RWP] reaaccess could stand an update.

What do you think of the suggestions I've made in previous posts, such as a
virtual control serfice to expose automatable parameters in plugins, and
extending the virtual interface to include using track sends, if present,
etc.
As it stands, you can turn parent send on and off per track, but in the
same virtual interface, cannot menipulate any other sends or returns on
tracks.
