[RWP] Metronome settings question

Pre-roll is often a neat way of getting around feeling a bit detached
when you're punching yeah. It all comes down to what you or your muso
wants to hear I guess. I tend to use a pretty long pre-roll here when
I'm tracking parts where consistency is key, gives me a few bars to
play along with the track and settle into the part to maintain
consistency rather than heading straight into a phrase cold.
