[RWP] auto trim items, keeping timeline in tact

Press the applications key on an item, and under the split items option, you 
can find the options to make that happen.
The issue is that I'm not really sure how to save out each item, delete the 
original audio, and then place each item on the timeline where it belongs.

I'm sure it could be done automatically, but not sure how.
