[RWP] Editing revisited

[Monkey Pusher]

so are these reaaccess features or a part of reaper? i mean it seems
like all we should have to do is select a track then set start and end
points that narrow the selection from the  whole track to that part of
a track and then perform our edits. Why is this suck a  multi step
process?
