[RWP] Editing revisited

  Can I just confirm, every time we talk about this, everyone is using 
Alt+Shift+[].  You, on the other hand, are using Control+Shift+[] to set 
time-based selections.  Is this a custom keymap that you are using?  
Reaper is confusing enough without adding in shortcuts that don't even 
exist for most of us.
