[RWP] Editing revisited

the only way i found to work consistantly most of the time is up and
down arrows to select track, then ctrl+shift+left arrow from beggining
of track to end to slect all the items on that track. then use
ctrl+SShift+[ & Ctrl+Shift+] to set start and end points before
deleting. Sometimes after a while of editing this seems to stop
working and then i take a break restart the program and things seem to
work again. Odd i know.
