[RWP] Folders vs. Sends

easy, effects that you may want shaired on a track, but not limited to just
a folder.
For example, make a reverb track with one of the js channel mixing plugins
to insure that any stereo source on that track is converted to mono, then
add a reverb on top with dry all the way down.
Now, any time you want reverb, just send to that track.
