[RWP] Folders vs. Sends

Ok so once the folder is created any track that i add an effect to  it
will be added to all tracks. Does this mean i wont be able to add
effects to individual tracks once they are in a folder? Whats the
advantage to adding a blank track as the first and last track in the
folder?
