[RWP] Accessing some stuff with nvda

  Have you tried using Object Navigation?  For example, to focus on the 
menu bar in the effects window, press the following:
Insert+numpad 8, insert+numpad 8, insert+numpad 4, insert+numpad 2.
You can then route the mouse to that item by pressing insert+numpad /, 
then numpad / to left-click it and open the menu.
