[RWP] Accessing some stuff with nvda

Ok, I know that NVDA is becoming a more viable alternative to Jaws, but in reaper there are several situations where it is necessary to bring focus to a window by clicking in an  area with the mouse.  For instance, how do we access the menu bar in the effects window?  How do we get the control surfaces properties to open up?  These are just a couple examples of this sort of thing.
