Hi Gordon,
What you need to do, is open Reaper's midi editor, then press alt+3 to
enter the list view. Then you'll see all the events listed as text. if
you press f you get the option to filter events. The events type you
select there will be the only that will be shown when you enter the
list editor again. Just press enter to get back.
This can be a really easy way to select the events that should be quantized.
While in the list editor just press q to enter the quantize menu which
will present you with some useful options. There you can also choose
between all notes or selected notes, or all events or selected events.
