[RWP] Released: ReaAccess 1.2.0.0

Reaperians, version 1.2.0.0 is ready!

This update includes some small tweaks to the plugin parameters editor, as
well as bug fixes that improve overall screen reader stability and tie up
a few loose ends behind the scenes.

There is a new feature here too for you... we call it MIDIAccess... the
name should give you a clue as to it's functionality.
As with all new features, we'd like you to put MIDIAccess to the test and
feedback your results. Keyboard shortcuts for MIDIAccess use can be found
by hitting Shift+F1, and there has been a tab control added to the
ReaAccess Configuration dialog to customise spoken messages.
