[RWP] Editing only the selected track

well i use the up and down arrows to select my track then use ctrl+
shift + left arrow to select all the items on the track from start to
finish then set my start and end points then cut or copy. CTRL + left
and right arrows will only move you from clip to clip if you want to
select them as well then you need to do ctrl + Shift + left and right
arrow. That may have been what i left out. It's the only reliable way
i have found to do it hence why i suggest the re working of the
keystroke s to skip that second tedious step for simple edits .
