[RWP] Editing only the selected track

actually scotts advice was accurate just in the wrong order .. u use
up and down arrows to select tracks then CTRL + left or right arrows
to select the items on tha track then use ctrl+shift+[&] to set start
and end points. then the cut copy  etc  commands should work. And
while iagree that items can be a powerful tool for editing mixing and
etc.  The procedure as it is does complicate things when you are
trying to do a simple edit and i once again suggest taht it be changed
to just selecting a a track then setting your start and end points
just to do a simple edit. This shouldn't effect the item editing
method listed  above since when you want to work with  specific iTems
you can still use ctrl +left and right  arrows to do that. What do you
guys think?
