[RWP] Fades and volume envelopes?

Hello everyone! I'm a relatively new reaper user coming from Audacity and I 
have a few questions.

I have a project where I should adjust the background music according to a 
speech track. In audacity I would use the autoduck effect, but how should I 
do this with Reaper? I suppose this is somehow related to volume envelopes. 
I should also do a fade-out at the end of the project. How is that possible?
