[RWP] Technical issues with RWP list

Reaperians,

We appear to be having some technical issues with the mailing list. Early
indications are that the problem is being caused by another user at our
host spamming, which in turn is causing messages from RWP to be
blacklisted by some service providers.

It's important to note that the spammer is using the same shared server,
but does not have access to any of the ReaAccess subscriber details. Don't
be alarmed, remaining subscribed to RWP won't bring you into close contact
with this sucker.

Rest assured that on Monday morning when there is a human reachable, we'll
be having some choice words with our host and restoring normal service
ASAP. In the meantime, we must recycle these phrases:
"please hold, your call is important to us, we appologise for any
inconvenience caused... blah blah blah."
