[RWP] Silent recording

It's just been pointed out to me in a conversation off list that not
everyone avidly reads the logs for each version, so thought I'd send
out a quick post to draw attention to a new feature that some of you
might've missed.

Ctrl+Shift+F12 mutes speech nowadays. It's worthy of a post of its
own, as it silences the spoken message when starting recording for all
you external synth users.
