Hi Kevin,
Okay, first you need to go to Control Panel Folder Options, View, and make 
sure Show Hidden Files and Folders is on.
Then you cut ReaDrums to clipboard and take it to your Reaper Track Template 
folder and paste it in.
This is the path:
Documents and Settings/Computer Owner/Application Data/Reaper/Track 
Templates

Once ReaDrum is in the Track Templates folder it should appear among other 
track templates when you open Reaper.

The Cockos forum on ReaDrum was very long and branched off to other forums, 
but somewhere in there is a 16 sample version of ReaDrum, with individual 
faders per channel, plus a final version of 8 sample ReaDrum with 
improvements.
