[RWP] Tapestop kvr audio plugin not working with Reaper

the parameters for the start and stop must be enabled, and starting and 
stopping your item in reaper isn't the way to do it.  I should do an audio 
tweet or something on how to get the thing to work.  Its easier to hear it 
being used tuan to write  instructions.
