[RWP] Using plugins with reaper without a control surface.

I'd like to know this also.
So far, I've only changed the numvers in the edit boxes at the arrow keys, which works, and after that, I guess I'll assign controls on my midi keyboard, but where are the on-board sliders?

When I access a plugin from the list of plugins in reaper, I can't move the sliders with the page up and down buttons or the cursor keys.  How do you change the parameter settings of a plugin with out using the edit boxes?
