[RWP] Beginner Reaper questions

That wouldn't work in my case. Example my guitar fx processor has
ausb audio in and out wit asio drivers , as does my focusrite saffire
card. what i would of liked to have done is record from the guitar fx
processor usb the sound with the amp models and all the effects and
from my saffire record the clean guitar with nothing on it for the
purposes of reamping it later should i choose to add to the guitar
sound. In sonar it shows you all the ASIO or WDM or etc devices and
gives you check boxes for you to select which ins and outs for any of
those devices you want availabe in sonar . Reaper you have to choose
ASIO then the ASIO device then the inputs and outputs range for that
device. Not too worried about it though as i have enough ins on the
saffire now that i can just run the analog outs of the guitar
processor into that as well..
