[RWP] Beginner Reaper questions

Ugh why! Could this be something to do with ripple editing perhaps?

check in your options menu for me, what is ripple editing currently
set too? My guess is that it'll be set to all tracks. You'd want it
set to either 1 or off, hitting enter on it will cycle through the
choices.
