[RWP] Beginner Reaper questions

Hey Monkey,

I've seen this exact behaviour, but can't for the life of me remember
what setting I had to adjust to fix it. Anyone else?

In the meantime though, try a slightly modified workflow.
Select a track as normal, set start of selection with Alt+Shift+[,
navigate to your desired end point as you were (minus the shift key
now though), then set end of selection with Alt+Shift+].
Does that behave differently? It's a couple more keys to press yes,
but thought it might get the job done for you while I hunt through the
rusty old valt that is my brain.
