[RWP] Beginner Reaper questions

I myself am having an issue here around selecting tracks. the up and
down arrow seems to work as they should  but then when i use shift
with the page a u p & page down to select the messures i want selected
on that track it when i cut or delete that info that i selected it
does it for all the tracks in the project not just the one i wanted to
 remove. Also is there a way to have reaper record from more than one
ASIO device at once it seems like it will only see one of my ASIO
audio interface at a time.
