Hi Jayson,
all great points, but mostly marred by our current lack of a web
genius, or at least, a web genius that's willing to work for free. I
intended to teach myself to use Wordpress and fill that gap, but the
commitments that pay the bills here just haven't allowed time for me
to learn as much as I'd need too.
If anybody reads this and thinks they'd be up to the task, or knows
someone who is, I'd gladly give them access to the reaaccess.com
server to work their magic.
In the meantime, there are options for you. The Reaper manual is a
good read (as much as any manual can be) in that it gives you a
thorough grounding in the terminology used and workflows you can
expect to encounter. The auto generated keyboard shortcuts list in the
Help menu (or Shift+f1) is always your friend, along with searching
the actions list (F4). On top of the selfhelp stuff, Derek's podcast
will be kicking off soon, and many of your wants are on his list of
things to cover. Plus, the RWP list and the Reaper forums will always
be here to ehlp if/when you get stuck.
Hth, and good luck
Scott
