[RWP] Bad behavior of Media Explorer

thanks very much Scott , that's what I thought.
Microsoft Visual C++ vs the mingw/g++ compilers. I have access to the 
EClipse/Mingw tools but the Reaper sdk doesn't support them and requires the 
microsoft version.
do you know if he uses the free express edition or the paid full version of 
visual studio?
