[RWP] MIDI quantizing and editing

Hi,

I've done some digging in the keybord shortcuts list and can find
shortcuts to do pretty much everything I can imagine to MIDI, but I
still seem to be falling at the first hurdle. Here's what's happening:

I select a track with MIDI data on it
I hit Ctrl+Alt+E, and my screen reader says "MIDI Editor"
Now, when I hit Alt+3 to get into the events view, Q to quantize, or
any other keystroke from the list that should work, absolutely nothing
happens other than the ocasional obstinate "ding" from Windows.
Nothing seems to be changing on screen that I can tell, and the menus
don't update to have any new choices so I can't switch views that way
either.

Anyone experienced similar, have any clues about what I'm missing or
what to try next?

Cheers
Scott
