[RWP] splitting a stereo file into 2 tracksin reaper.

thanks that should do the trick i'll try it.  the mono options usually
sum a stereo track to mono and thus wouldn't be what i wanted to do.
Sonar back in the day in the import dialogue box had a check box that
said import  left and right channels as 2 seperate tracks .. now it
just as an import as mono   and all it does is convert stereo to mono
before importing.
