[RWP] splitting a stereo file into 2 tracksin reaper.

One way of doing it  is to import the item, copy the track, then go to track 
1 and press control+left arrow to select the item. Now press shift+f2 for 
item properties and pick the left channel.
Finally, do the same for track 2 but selecting the right channel in item 
properties.
I honestly believe I've seen a split to mono stems option or something 
similar, but I know this works as a nondistructive method.
