[RWP] MIDI quantizing and editing

Sorry to be flooding the list somewhat folks, working to a bit of a
tight deadline and I'm realising just how much I don't yet know haha.

Can anybody give me a few tips on how to quantize and edit MIDI? I've
found the quantize settings in the track recording settings dialog,
but I don't seem to be able to find an OK or apply button, or any way
to get the quantize choices to work.

On the editing front, CTRL+Alt+E announces MIDI editor, but I don't
seem to be able to find much in that window other than unlabeled
graphics.

As usual, any wisdom will be much appreciated...
