You need to go to the options folder,...Then go to preferences:

Use your tab button to find the audio folder,...There will be an option 
in the audio folder that will say "midi devices"...

Use your tab button to find the midi in devices, and right click on 
them to make the enable check box to show up...

Then tab down to the midi out, and do the same with these...

Click "OK", and your midi is ready to go!...
