[RWP] Hi

I would think it'd be easier for  those who are documenting reaper to motify 
the original reaper manual, with the authors permission.  The explanations 
are there, but all that would need be done is rewrite the parts where 
dragging, etc. is being done.  A lot less tedious than starting with a blank 
document, scratching your head and going, oh god.
