[RWP] New version of SWS extensions for Reaper

Hey, i'm glad madly to meet Dmitry, so serious and professional man, in RWP!
As to SWS extension, i've used it for a few months before ReaAccess and it was helpful. As far as i know there are no conflicts with ReaAcces. Though it is made not for blind persons it could be useful sometimes.
