you can actually show/hide and arm/disarm envelopes using the various context menus accessible with the Applications key with either CTRL or Shift.
if you have a control surface , you can also link the parameters with midi controllers.
otherwise it'll take more time moving the parameters with the computer arrow keys.

      really love the latest version of ReaAccess; works very well.
      afew ideas:
      when pressing Shift-O , the record input of the track is indeed set to Midi Input , but it's not automatically anounced; would be cool if it could be fix.
      now , how do I determine if I set the pre-fx volume or the post fx one using the virtual edit mode?
      and ... what about send/receive levels and automatable parameters in virtual edit?
