[RWP] Creating Loops

Hi,

When we talk about loops, does anyone know how to tell reaper to set
inserted loop's bpm to project bpm? With sonar it is easily done with
Control+L for short loops.
But how do I do this in Reaper? Sited folks do this by holding alt and
dragging a clip with a mouse.
Please help because this is the important thing for my productivity. I
am also a remixer so bpm is the important thing here.
