[RWP] Creating Loops

Hello All,

I'm hoping someone can give me a hand with loops.

I can select the area or insert a media file that I want to loop for a
specific period of time. However, all of the instructions that I have read
use the drag and drop method for extending the length of the loop

I am hoping someone can give me a little guidance for doing this from the
keyboard.

Any input is greatly appreciated.
