[RWP] working with send/receives

[Roy Shtupler]

thanks very much for the idea; honestly it's a bit complex especially for 
beginners wanting to just start recording and put some effects.
a nice feature would be , being able to dynamically add parameters to the 
virtual mode or some other ways of direct access to parameters/controls e.g 
being able to just increase the send level/pan.
