[RWP] working with send/receives

Hey Roy,
After creating sends / receives for tracks we have:
1. in the menue Shft + Applications there is the item "Adjust IO parameters...";
2. all points of virtual mode are accessible like before.
But i'd like to turn your mind to the context menue Ctrl + Shft + applications.
There are too many useful things for sends / receives to name.
Hope, after you learn this menue a little bit many problems will vanish and some tasks will be solved.
