Hi Oriol!
We can use the Media Explorer  for inserting some audio and MIDI material in our project.
Many VSTI drums deal with MIDI files and have some kind of file trees for using these loops. But only one or two of them are accessible now. So it's more comfortable to use Media Explorer of Reaper and build the drum tracks with it.
Use Ctrl + Alt + X to open Media Explorer window. Jaws Reads the button for moving between the levels of your file structure, so it's easy to arrive to the folders where your drum loops are located. You hear the sound while changing files. When you choose the loop, just hit Enter. File is inserted and Reaper moved the time cursor to the end of inserted loop. So we can go on building our drum track.
