[RWP] accessible sampler and controller

Okay stupid question here. How do I control sampling with short circuit 
or any other vst sampler for that mater with Reaper? I can insert it on 
a track but that's it. BTW if anyone wants to take a stab at teaching 
me how to use reaper in a recording situation, I will gladly pay for 
the lessons.
