reading meters, access to loads more parameters of plugins threw the track inspector. That's all I can think of so far, but I know that there a other things that sonar can do right now that reaper can't. That;s ok though, reaper is well on its way. i am not downing it at all, but reaper still has a ways to go to catch up fully with the big dogs. We all know that.

I am a sonar user and coming from sonar I find reaper to be a much younger brother to sonar, but I need tools like sonar and protools for my job as a producer. I wouldn't suggest reaper just yet for major project work in a studio. But if you have specific questions regarding reaper, just ask here and I am sure one of us has an answer, or can tell you where to get it.
